sunrising
boys leaving to tuscon
on a great eli adventure.
hold the curly fries for now
says johnny
with a wave goodbye
and a brian at his side.
the house falls into sleep
as the backyard
falls into love
with nighttime.
patches and the dasies
all put on their dancin' shoes.
animal collective seduces the trees
into shaking their roots to the
sporadic beats, dusty piano keys
and beastly screams.
the ground shakes shane awake.
the sleeping boy
whose lost happiness
is now found
smiles
a smile quite genuine.
in measure
its joy matches the
great wall of china's length.
like a tasty burrito are the three
wrapped up on a sooty trampoline.
the spice provided by moses.
bursting out
of the tortilla
shane bounces us
into the milky way.
covered in star dust
freckled with constellations
we fall back into gravity's demand
in all giddiness
like a boy on xmas morning
shane ploughs through blankets
over intertwined legs
dizzy tummies
and sleepy eyes.
his soul aroused by songs
now draws faint sunbeams onto
squinchy faces.
a jealous moon hangs on
not ready to stop dancing.
the sky
a dancefloor unto the moon
scares our stars away.
we breathe the universe.
silence
sometimes ur quiet and
sometimes i'm quiet
sometimes i'm not talkative
and sometimes ur not talkative
he could be as shallow as
cat claw creek. i like alliteration. i am jalapeno justina. why ever compete?
i just got goosebumps. i love, love, love that i get goosebumps when i feel the presence of Jesus
my height jumped from 5'4 to 5'6 within the span of 1 minute. i thought my perspective changed the truth...a whole two inches of truth...a big deal. i know now the truth was just clouded by my perspective. wild how clouds get in the way like that. yea yea yea, o yea. "flick a cluster of stars on your way up," said her pops, "and name their constellation after me."she thought this funny. his stars were tiny, moveable specks and hers were grand balls of fire. he didn't think he'd make it. she believed he'd be there soon. the stars kept her warm promising not to burn. a look back down while in view she sees pops on his knees shivering from the cold she no longer feels. when it was time she blew those clouds shaped like stubborn feelings out of his sky. he looked up and saw Truth.

there is so much diversity here in the way you express yourself I wouldn't know where to start with a typical comment like "I really enjoyed reading" or "It made me sad"; "it made me think"; "it made me happy"; "it was beautiful"; "it inspired me". That said, these are all actually true.
where did the short bit about the stars, constellations and a father&daughter come from?
